~Postage~

Dear ClothesOnline Customers,

Due to the ever increasing postage fees, ClothesOnline would no longer be providing free normal postage and there will be an increase in the registered postage fee. With effect from 10 Feb 08, all postage charges would be borne by the buyer. The charges would be as follows:

- For normal postages: SGD$1.50 per item
- For registered postages: SGD$2.24 per order on top of the SGD$1.50 per item

Dear ClothesOnline Customers,

Pre-Order III would be available for grabs from 13 Oct 07 to 31 Oct 07. ^^

Pre-Order II will also be available for pre-order from 13 Oct 07 to 31 Oct 07.

***Please note that for items from Pre-Order III, they start with "A" while for items for Pre-Order II, they start with "S". ***

The same rules applies for both Pre-Order III and Pre-Order II:

-Payment for all orders must be made latest by 31 Oct 07 midnight as we will be placing all the orders on 01 Nov 07.

-Any payment made later than 31 Oct 07 midnight would be considered as order for the month of the November and items would be expected to be sent out in December.

-Items purchased from Pre-Order III and/or Pre-Order II would be sent out within 8-15 working days from 02 Nov 07.

It's been some time since Pre-Order II has ended and it's definitely time for Pre-Order III to start~!!! ^^

So ClothesOnline is proud to announce that Pre-Order III would be up on 14 Oct 07~!!! Pre-Order III would start on 14 Oct 07 and end on 31 Oct 07.

For Pre-Order III, more attractive items would be available and the items available for Pre-Order II would also be available so as to provide a greater variety for all our valued customers.

While waiting for Pre-Order III to be up, the items for Pre-Order II will still be available for pre-order. All orders for Pre-Order II would likewise, end on 31 Oct 07.

Dear ClothesOnline Customers,

After the extremely long wait, Pre-Order II is finally up.

For Pre-Order II, there's is no more minimum purchase.

Instead, there will be a "Pre-Order Period", which for our long awaited Pre-Order II, will be till 24 Sep 07. Below are the terms and conditions for Pre-Order II:

-Payment for all orders must be made latest by 24 Sep 07 midnight as we will be placing all the orders on 25 Sep 07.

-Any payment made later than 24 Sep 07 midnight would be conisdered as order for the month of the October and items would be expected to be sent out in November.

-Items purchased from Pre-Order II would be sent out within 8-15 working days from 26 Sep 07.

-Other terms and conditions listed on http://www.clothesonline.blogspot.com/ still applies.

Shipping days

Dear ClothesOnline Shoppers,

We would like to take this chance to explain the number of days we take to send out items.

For available items, we take 3-5 working days *(not calender days) to send out**the items.

For pre-order items, we take 8-21 working days*(not calender days) to send out** the items.

***The number of working days is from the day we sent out the email to acknowledge receipt of payment.***

The reason why we take a relatively longer period of time to send out pre-order items is because:

1) More than often, shipment is delayed on our supplier's side.

2) Even though we had placed an order, the supplier will only inform us whether the item is in stock or not after they had sent out the other available items.

Hence, the whole process of ordering, receiving and then sending the items to our dearest customers would take a relatively longer period of time.

However, please rest assured that ClothesOnline would sent out all items once we have received it from our suppliers.

Usually, small compensation are given to our customers as a sign of apology if shipment had been delayed.

Therefore, we hope that all ClothesOnline shoppers will continue to give us their support while ClothesOnline will try our best to make our deliveries on time. ^^

Once again, we thank all our customers for their understanding and support.We also sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience caused.

* Working days means Mondays to Fridays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.[P.S: We might take a slightly longer time to reply on non-working days as we too need a break. ^^]

** Send out refers to the day when we post out the items (to Singpost), not the day when items are received by customers as we are not certain how many days Singpost takes to deliver the items to our customer's place.
